Below is the latest update for the downtown Cooper Tx. Project.July 10 – July 18
- The contractor will continue to construct the top layer of concrete paving.
July 20 – July 24- Phase 1 will open to traffic.
- Detour setup for Phase 2 will start
- Phase 2 will be shut down to the travelling public
