Delta County is now under a burn ban effective for 90-days, effective immediately by order of the Commissioners’ Court. The burn ban may be rescinded prior to the 90-day period by the County Judge, under advisement of the County Fire Marshal, if the conditions that prompted the issuance of the burn ban no longer exist.
